- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
- Products returned beyond the 3-day window.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if the product is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, Nutty Organics will cover the return shipping costs. For other issues, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
