  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  • Products returned beyond the 3-day window.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if the product is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, Nutty Organics will cover the return shipping costs. For other issues, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
